I am an American expat working in Sri Lanka, and I needed some shadow box frames (as well as other custom-sized frames) to hang some items in my office, so I took a chance on Digital Canvas, even though they didn’t have any reviews online.
I spoke with the person who answered the phone, and had a good comfortable conversation, so I decided to go ahead and place an order.
When I received the frames, I was so happy with the quality of the frames (they were cut and assembled in a clean, precise and professional way), and they turn around time for custom frames was just a couple of days (on a second order, it was ready the next day).
And, the price was extremely good. My sister-in-law is a busy architect here in Colombo, and normally uses another frame shop, but when I showed her the frames and told her the price, she was very impressed with their workmanship (and price), and she said that she will need to order frames from them in the future.
Other frames shops I checked had much higher prices, and so I was very pleased to have found this company who offers well-made frames, good communication and customer service, and a great price.
